• Return Window: 15 days from delivery date
• Condition: Items must be unworn, unwashed, with original tags attached
• Return Shipping: Customer responsible for return shipping costs

Step-by-Step Return Process

2. Wait for Approval
   Our style-savvy team will review your request and send you a Return Authorization Number within 1-2 business days.
3. Package Your Items
   Place the items in their original packaging with all tags still attached. Include a copy of your order confirmation or packing slip.
4. Ship Your Return

Exchange Process

Want to exchange for a different size or color? The process is just as easy!

• Follow the same steps as above, but specify “EXCHANGE” in your email
• Let us know what you’d like to exchange for
• We’ll ship your new item as soon as we process your return
• If the exchange item costs more, we’ll invoice you for the difference
• If it costs less, we’ll refund the difference

💰 Refund Timeline & Method

We process refunds faster than you can say “add to cart!” Here’s what to expect:

• Processing Time: 3-5 business days after we receive your return
• Refund Method: Original payment method (credit card, debit card, or PayPal)
• Bank Processing: Additional 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your financial institution

🚫 Non-Returnable Items

To ensure hygiene and quality standards for all our fashion lovers, we cannot accept returns on the following items:

• Underwear & Nightwear (for obvious hygiene reasons)
• Swimwear with removed hygiene liners
• Items without original tags or showing signs of wear
• Personalized or altered items

🌍 International Returns

Since we ship worldwide (except Asia and some remote areas), here’s what our international customers should know:

• Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility
• Customs fees and import duties are non-refundable
• Please mark the package as “Returned Goods” to avoid additional customs charges
